The terms for buying a digital photo file from mosroberts.com.

Who you’re buying from

Matt Roberts Photography, run by Matt Roberts. [PLACEHOLDER: business address, required for online sales in the UK]. You can contact me through the contact page.

What you’re buying

One full-resolution JPEG file of the photo you choose, in sRGB colour. Its exact size in pixels and the largest size it prints sharply at are shown on the photo’s page. It’s a digital file, not a printed photo.

Price and payment

Each photo is £59. [PLACEHOLDER: VAT status]. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Straight after payment, a download link is emailed to the address you give at checkout. The link works for 7 days. If it doesn’t arrive or stops working, get in touch and I’ll send a new one.

Your licence

When you buy a photo, you get a personal licence to use it. You may print it, have it printed and framed, and display it in your own home. You may not:

  • use it for any commercial or business purpose, including on products, marketing or in a business premises;
  • sell, share, give away or upload the file for others to download;
  • edit it and present it as your own work, or remove any copyright information from the file;
  • use it to train or prompt artificial intelligence systems.

Copyright stays with Matt Roberts. For any other use, including commercial use, please get in touch.

Cancellations and refunds

Because the photo is a digital download, at checkout you’re asked to agree that your download starts straight away, and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it starts. After that, sales are final and refunds aren’t offered.

If your file is faulty, isn’t as described, or won’t download, I’ll replace it, or refund you if I can’t. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Your details

Your name and email are used only to deliver your photo and to deal with any questions about your order. Payment is handled by Stripe and order emails are sent through Resend. See the privacy policy for more.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
